Return and Refund

Shipping and handing
1). We offerfree shipping for all products to most countries via China Post Air Mail(CN Free shipping) the delivery time is usually about 15 days for Asia, European and North America. For Latin American and Africa, it is about 25 to 35 days,besides, bad weather, holidays or hot seasons might cause delay of the delivery,please note that the second half year is the so called busy season ,sometimes it will takes even longer as stated ,countries such as Russian Federation, Brazil ,Ukraine etc. will need about 60 days.
2). EMS: The delivery time is about 1 to 2 weeks to reach the addressee.EMS is not applicable for some Latin American countries and Africa countries.If you not sure about it, please contact with your local post or us to check before placing orders.
3). DHL: The delivery time is about 5 to 8 days to reach the address. When you choose DHL, please make sure the addressee is not a remote area, otherwise, there will be an extra charge of 38USD by DHL, please call DHL to check.
4).If you want to send the parcel UPS, FEDEX, TNT or other shipping methods. Please contact us to get a quotation for the freight.
