Workmanship & Construction, Materials
1. We uses at least 4 layers of fabrics ( not including the interlining 3 around neckline ) to make bodice of wedding dresses. With 2 layers interlining, the bodice part of our bridal gowns are very firm.
2. We add more than 10 bones in bodice of most bridal gowns, so the bodice of part of our bridal gowns are very strong. The bones are about 0.6cm and 1.2cm.
3. We add horse hair interlining all around hemline of bridal gowns. This would fix the shape of train and hemline.
4. We only use Japan made Matsuno Beads ( also called MGB beads). This is the top quality beads in this industry, and the price is 15 times higher than the beads on cheaply made bridal gowns.
5. All the beading works on our bridal gowns are stitched by hands.

Package
Each dress is packed in a standard specification PP bag, and with an Express package bag outside. As to carton, commonly used if there are many orders.

TNT---5-7 days after order confirmed
DHL---3-5 days
UPS---3-5 days
Fedex--2-5days (for USA client, have one day delivery service)
PS:The freight cost is different if use the defferent Express, and the delivery time will be a little longer, if you are from the far away country.
Return Policy
We must be contacted within 3 days after the item is received. We will accept returns on items in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, dirt, no alterations). A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.& All the shipping charge is covered by buyer. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after the 3 day inspection period. Shipping fee is not refundable.
Please note that all dresses made in custom size, color, and design is not refundable.
Our Service
1.We accept customized design and pictures, we can make any customized size dresses, and any color available on our color chart.
2.For resale, we can add your own company logo or label on the dress with wash instruction also.
