1) The order is only for one piece of the dress,It won`t come along with any accessories, such as hat, gloves,veil and etc.
2) For plus size or custom made dress (making the dress exactly according to your details measurement), pls pay us $20-40 additional fee. Contact the seller for more details.please confirm your size carefully when you want to change the color ,and give us the right measurement when you custom-made the dress.
3)There may be a slight color difference between the photo and the finished dress (this is not an error). Thank you!
4)Import duties,taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges,these charges are the buyer`s responsibility,please check with your country`s customs to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
5).we have our own factory,our dresses price are very cheaper,and we have high quality control standard.but if you have too high expectations,i am afraid i cannot satisfy your needs,we only provide high cost-effective goods to buyers. the style ,fabric,quality and price are belong to the contents of the cost-effective..
- Normally, our items are shipped byEMS,TNT,UPS,DHL,FEDEX AND SO ON. Dress will be dispatched within 7-12 working days after the payment is cleared (it may take longer time if your item needs to be customised). Shipping time is around 7-12working daysdepends on your location (it may take longer time to reach your home under some circumstances, for example custom checks, or during festival or the strike of the postal service). It would be better if you can send us a message including yourcontact telephone (or mobile) numberin case if our shipper wants to contact you.
- If you need the dress by any specific time, please let us known before or immediately after you purchase the dress and we will let you known if you can make it or not.
- The item will be posted to your order shipping address. If you want it to be shipped to another address, please inform us as early as possible.
- If you want the item to be sent in a faster way, please let us known and there is an extra shipping fee.
- The tracking information will be provided for you to track your item after it has been posted.
1 you can return and exchange ,as follows :
A:I gave you wrong us sizes ( you told me your us size was 8,then i sent the other us size to you ,it is our fault ,i must afford.)
B: I gave you wrong colors (you told me your color was red,i sent the other colors to you,because LCD exist color shade ,we have no way to promise it is fully the same as the picture ,because we have different LCD.)
C: If the dress has the Seriously problem of the quality (damaged)
If you find dresses exist the problems as above ,please contact me at first i will try my best to solve them for you,then you can return it to me .
Maybe You need to pay the shipping cost both ways ,because i have paid the shipping cost for the express company when we shipped dresses to you at the first time .
When we will get your parcel, we will refund money to you or exchange it for you.
2 You can not return ,as follows:
A:you choosed the wrong us sizes(So please view my size chart clearly in my description when you bought)
B:when you wore the dress that you choosed it from my store by yourself ,then you found it was not pretty.(So please choose the right style when you bought.)
