Shipping

About Chromatic Aberration
All the products in our store are on the in-kind shooting. We try to display the colour of material object. But the slight chromatic aberration may exist for shooting surroundings, personal awareness for colour, monitor and some other elements.
Note: The actual item's colors may appear differently to the pictures on your monitor (often slightly lighter or darker), because computer monitors, camera setting, or sunlight vary.
About Size
The size of product is measured by hand in tiled way. It may exist the deviation of 1-4cm compared to material object, not the quality problem.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. The item must be in the original, unused condition you received it in. You will receive a refund for the cost of the item only (not shipping to and from).

Tips:
Pure silk fabrics crease easily which is the characteristic of natural mulberry silk, not the quality problem. In addition, color fastness of pure silk is weak and the darkcoloured fabrics are apt to fade, please separate them with light-colored fabrics when washing.
Washing intrucrions for silk scarves
- Dry cleaning is recommended for silk clothes.
- If you want to wash your silk clothes by hand, please be sure to follow these instructions:
- Wash your silk clothes separately.
- Always use a special detergent meant for natural silk, or use Marseille soap.
- Wash quickly in a large quantity of water.
- Stretch the clothes to its original shape.
- Do not use a tumble dryer.
- Allow it to dry in a cool place.
- Iron on the reverse side when still damp.
- Stains can be removed with trichroloethylene; ask the chemist for availability.
