A:There is no same leaves in the world,we can not guarantee the dress same as the picture.Dress Can Be Made in Custom Size ,Color,Design,Please follow the measurem-
ent instructions,and measure yourself carefully.
B:Since computer screens have chromatic aberration,especially between CRT screen a-
nd LCD screen ,we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the
same with the photographs you saw.
C:The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves,wedding veil a-
nd the crinoline petticoat (show on the pictures ).Bidding is for the dress only!

For security reasons,we will only ship orders to the delivery address you confirmed with Escrow.

1.Terms of shipment:
Before ordering please contact us to confirm your preferred shipment method.Items a-

Return Policy (please read carefully):
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted,we advise you to follow these ste-
ps:
1.We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have not altered and
have not been worn.we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom sized dresses
or on dresses that have been customized by the designer of you.
2.The buyer must contact us within 3 days of delivery if they wish to exchange defec-
tive or incorrectly shipped items.
3.The item must be in brand new,unworn condition.
4.We must receive the item within 10 days after we give our return address.If we do
not receive your item within 10 days,no credit or exchange will be given.
5.Once we receive your item,inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped
it to you and confirm that we have received it within 10 days of giving our return add-
ress,we will issue the full refund,or exchange the item for you.
6.For exchanging items,re-delivery cost will be charged.For returns,A 30% restocking
fee will be charged on all returns.
