- The order is only for one piece of dress. It won’t come along with any accessories, such as hat, tulle gloves, jewelry, veil etc.
- All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked.
- The dresses were be made as 95% similar as the picture, If you request 100% same as the picture, please think twice before you do the payment.
- Our tailor will make the dress all based on your demand, like your size, color and other request. So we strongly suggest an accurate measurement before you order.
- All our dresses are created with a margin for modification in case of measurement error
Shipping and Returns Policy for Tailor-Made Dresses
Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.
Shipping Time
It will take 15-17 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. And about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your location, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company standard
Returns Policy
- We will check all of our products before shipping, if the dress is not in good quality, we will return it to factory to make another one for you.
- Since all the dresses are custom made, if there is no quality problem, we refuse return.
- If you have any problem with the dresses, please contact us at the first time. We promise to offer a proper solution.
Dispute or Negative Feedback makes no sense to solve the problem.
