1. When can the product reachme?
Normally, it will take us 5 days to tailor your wedding dress. And the shipping time will differs according to shipping methods you choose. Usually the product can reach you in about 10-20days.
2. Why are your prices so low?
We are an experienced wedding dress manufacturer. All the wedding dresses are directly made by our factory without any intermediaries. Since we are not a retail shop or agent, there is no extra cost for renting shops. Thus we can offer competitive prices for your wedding dresses.And since it is directly ship out from the factory, it is normal to find thread exposed on the seam of the dress. Pls don't worry. You may cut it off with scissors easily.
3. When should I order?
Usually, you will receive your designed wedding dress within 25-30 days after you confirmed you order. So we suggest you make your order one month before your wedding date to give us more time for re-confirming, making and shipping. Or, if you are urgent, we can also make the wedding gown within a required time for you. But you need to pay extra fee.
4. Can I change my order information after sending confirmation E-mail?
Yes, all the orders can be changed within 24 hours after your purchase, as we get your confirmation by email.
5. Can I change a wedding dress after payment?
You can change the details of dress within 24 hours after you make the payment. So please confirm detailed info like dress item, color, size and other special requirements before your payment.
6. How to cancel my order?
If you do not pay for your order, then do not worry. There are many testing orders at our website everyday, we only pay attention to orders which have already been paid.If you have paid for your order, and if you contact us within 12 hours after we receive your payment, 70% refund (for example, your total order amount is USD 200, we will refund you USD 140) will get into your account within 3 business days.If you contact us within 24 hours after we receive your payment, 50% refund (for example, your total order amount is USD 200, we will refund you USD 100) will get into your account within 2 business days.We will not cancel your order after 24 hours from the moment we get your payment. Hope you can kindly understand.
7. Can you make the dress exactly according to the pictures I send?
Yes, we can! We welcome your coming pictures any time! Please send us the pictures of the dress by email, we will review it carefully and reply you as soon as possible. Then we will ask for a reasonable price including shipping cost.
8. When can I get my dress after ordering?
We will send you an order confirmation email after getting your payment and order for you to re-confirm all your order details, including order style, color, size, shipping details and so on. When we get your confirmation, we will start to make your dress, which will take about 15-17 business days (please pay attention, 15-17 business days exclude normal weekends and holidays). When we ship your order, we will send you tracking number for you to track your order in person.
All dresses are shipped by air express company, Estimate delivery time , an email will reach you when we ship your order for you to track on specific online tracking website.
9. Can I get a discount when I order in bulk?
Yes, definitely you can! Purchase in bulk is always welcome!Please contact us with more details such as styles and quantities so that we can offer you the best price to build our long termbusiness relationships!
10.Will I have problem with customs?
We have many years experience in shipping package worldwide. We guarantee that the items will be sent to you directly. We can let our packages pass the customs safely by our special way.
11.Who pays for the Duties and Tarifs on international shipments?
We will not charge any duty for an international order. Import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.However, we will send the dress as a sample to avoid your taxes.
Return Policy
- Ennioshop only accepts a partial or complete refund for the item that has problem due to our carelessness. That means we can not warrant a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by ennioshop.com.
- We cannot accept returns for confirmed customer sized or customer self designed dress.
- We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged by improper cleaning method.
- Bear in mind that the quality problem is not including color aberration for it could exist due to PC monitor display effect and weather condition, but we can declare that our products are of good quality. Any uninformed returning of the item will not be credited.
- You should contact us within 2 business days( from the date that the item is received) if you want to return the item back to us.
- Till you are going to ship an item back to us, you should contact our customer support first, our customer representative will clarify for you. If we agree to refund, you need to ship the item back to us within 7 business days (from the date the item is received). We can only warrant you refund after we receive the item in good conditions as we send to you. And you should be responsible for the shipping fee.
