About Shipping
1. There are many shipping methods available, such as DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,EMS,EQUICK,etc.
2. As it is an international shipping service, delivery time and postage may vary from different regions. And during the special holiday like Chinese Festival Holiday,National Holiday,the shipping time will be a little longer.

Return & Exchange
1. It is easy to return or exchange dresses. If you are not satisfied with the item for poor quality, wrong color or size etc, you may return this item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
2. Items must be unworn and only tried on for fit and sizing. If the garments have been worn,perfumed or altered, We can refuse to refund.
3. Items must be returned (means applied and started to return) within 7 days of accepting the delivery. It is our responsibility to pay the postage of return or exchange. If items not returned within 7 days, We can refuse to refund.
4. Before return items, please include a note with your name, address, order number, and explanation of the reason for the return.
