Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our dress will be exactly same with the photographs you saw.

When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within X days once your payment is completed.
We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

Returning For Replacement or Refund
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached. |
| Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items |
| You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier. |
| Sizing or Fitting Issues |
| As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. |
| Dress is not the size you ordered |
| Should your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement. |
| Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit |
Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost. Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible. |
| Color Mismatch |
| The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on color chart of my shop. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible. |
| Return Process |
1) Submit a return request to seller within 15 days of your order?s shipment*. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from my shop. 2) Once our sellers has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible. 3) Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you. |

Maintenance instruction for wedding dress
Wearing:
1. Iron before wearing. Hang the dress on hanger, slightly press with steam iron to soft and stretch the fabric.
2. Carefully out on or take off to avoid breakage.
3. Put a towel under and scrub the dirt with white vinegor or detergent, if the dress is split by wine or champagne, dry with paper towel to avoid any dirt.
4. Big garment bag or specific packet is required to store the dress. Sterillize with ultraviolet rays and ozone after use.
Washing: Professionally clean before storing.
1. Do not wash the dress in a laundry, but wash it in the one especially for wedding dresses.
2. Toothbrush with detergent is necessary for partial dirt. Soft hand wash fo wide area of dirt.
3. Laundry: Wash as soon as possible after use. Immerse by soft detergent. Machine wash is forbidden.
Note: Neutral detergent only. Downy after wash keeps dress soft.
4. Dry-clear is required for silk, acetate fiber, rayon and wool. Skilled laundry is necesssary. Carefully check after clean.
Dry:
1. Turn inside out when drying.
2. Spread the wedding dress instead of handing
3. Insolation and hang out are forbidden
Folding:
1. Put one hand into the dress to hold the waist and turn it over.
2. Spread the dress on the floor. Fold the two sides of the dress into the middle like a rectangle
3. Fold the dress from the train to waist, and then put it into a bag.
4. Spread the wedding dress instead of handing
Enclosed: Way of folding the farthingale
1. Hold ends of the diameter of farthingale and twist it into 8shapes, then draw it in a circle.
2. Fold the farthingale one time for fastness.
