We just accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).
Dress(es) must be sent back within 3 days from the receipt day.
For exchanges, the clients pay all shipping cost.
For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

NOTICES:

1,we can accept rush order service, as follow:
   7 days rush order, mean take 7 days time to make, and shipping time 3-7 days.
   14 days rush order, mean take 14 days time to make, and shipping time 3-7 days.

2,Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible, normally can't less than 1 month. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary. 

3,About the color of your dress, the shipping cost is very expensive, so we do not have swatches available to send out to customers.  we can just can send our color chart and product CD to our wholesaler with their order. 
You can confirm the dress color by two ways, as follow:
a), view our color chart, choose color on internet.
b), send me a color picture, and we will tell you if we have this color for your dress. 
Note: there Not any extra cost for color change.
4,We do not accept phone orders. We require all orders in writing to avoid errors.

5,There is no charge for sales tax on all orders shipped outside of China.

6,We contact our customers by email at various points of the order process. It is imperative the customer includes an email address on their order.

The first email is sent immediately after an order is sent  to our email address. The next email is sent 7 - 10 business days thereafter to confirm your order has been placed with the designer and will include the estimated shipping of your order to our location. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is shipped from our location and will include the tracking number.
