Refund Policy
If the products have any quality problem, you can return it to us and we will exchange it to you or we will refund to you. But if the problem is due to your own damage, it won’t be borne by us. We cannot promise the dress is 100% same with the original picture, but we can make it 95% like the picture.
Notice:
- The dress does not include any accessories:such as gloves, wedding veil and the little jacket(showed in the picture). The price we quote is only for the dress. But if you want, we can make them for you.
- Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, so we cannot promise that the color of our products will be exactly the same as the picture you saw. There are maybe a little difference of the colors.
