Shipping & Customs
1. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, we only ship to the address listed in the order page. if the parcel is returned due to the wrong address, you should pay all the Charges.
2. Normally item will be shipped out within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. Tracking No. will be sent to you after dispatching.
3. We reserve the right for additional charge the delivery address is remote area for delivery on DHL or UPS website.
Normally, we will confirm the address with DHL & UPS company within 24 hours after you payment, if it is remote area for delivery, we will let you know about the additional charge Asap.
4. Usually it take about 5-10days to UK, France, Sweden, Nerthlands, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, MY, Singapore, Japan, 8-15 days to Africa, South America, East Europ by EMS. DHL, UPS is much faster, but higher cost.
5. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price and shipping charges. These local charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for any local duties/ taxes!
6. We will usually declare 30-50USD/pcs as custom value if no special requirement from you. So any special requirements, pls let me know in advance.
7. Once your package is seized by custom, and you don't go to clear the custom, we are not responsible for that.
Warrnty & Return
1. 1 year warranty is provided from our company.
2. You must notify us before you return anything. Please ensure the item will be returned in good condition with the original packageing, we will send new replacement or refund once the item is received. Normally buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
3. If you received a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your goods to obtain the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), and we will replace the defective item for you with a new one after we receive the returned products.
