A.SIZE:
Here are some special tips:
1.Bust- Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.
2.Waist- This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.
3.Hips- This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.
4.Hollow to Hem- This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your back ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together. We will make gown approx. 2 inches longer for the height of shoes. If your shoes are special, please mention it.

B.COLORS:
This dress is available in many different colors. Please see the Color Chart in the pictures to select your color. You must tell us this color when ordering so please don't forget!
Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.
C.MATERIALS:
The matierals used will vary from dress to dress. They usually are Rayon, Damask, Satin, Chiffon, Taffeta, Organza, Linen or Linen-type Synthetic Fabrics, Cotton or blends.
The fixed Shipping and Handling fees is charged to cover the cost of shipping, shipping supplies, labor costs (inspecting the item, packing, sending item to Post Office, tracking item, etc.)
E.Shipping method:
by international express delivery it usually take 4-7 days for delivery. Tracing number will provide after shipment.We ship every business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). Once we finish the dress , shipment is usually the next business day.
F.Terms of return policy:
1. Should returns be required, pls contact us for a return authorization within 3 working days of the receipt of the product. But buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
2. If your order has been received and it is not what you ordered, or if your item has a manufacturer defect, pls contact us within 7 working days, then send back the item and we will send you an replacement for free.
3. All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all package materials, otherwise the item will be considered used item and maybe considered for trade-in purposes only.
4. We do not cover any items for damage after use.
5.Since computer screens have chromatic aberration ,especially between CRT screen and LCD screen,we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photos you see. And the same color but different fabric must has chromatic aberration, so if you asked us to return money back just because chromatic aberration, we will not accept.
