Choose the fit size. We recommend choosing your size based on your measurements for your bust, waist and hips, and the measurements on our size chart which can be found on our site. If you're in between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size so that you are able to have the dress tailored (taken in) for a perfect fit, as it's usually not possible to have a dress let out.
When need return or exchange
We accept return or exchange only if you meet ourfollowing Requirements. Read the policy and follow the return or exchange instructions. All of our products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to assure that you receive your order in perfect condition. It is rare, however if you receive a faulty item you MUST immediately contact us to arrange a return. A JSSHAN agent will then help you with the Return and Exchange procedure. Please note that pictures may be required for items identified as faulty. Shipping fees are non-creditable.

2. Return & Exchange Requirements
Item must be returned within 14 days of accepting the delivery.
NO Refund: 14 Days passed but haven’t post the item out.
Product must be unworn and only tried on for fit and sizing.
NO Refund: Tags not attached, Worn, Perfumed or Altered garments.
Not satisfied with the style, color, or it does not fit.
NO Refund: Custom-made Petite or Plus Size and made to your specification.
It is buyers’ responsibility to pay the return or exchange postage.
3. Instructions
Please note that to return unwanted products, first to check the box on RETURN or EXCHANGE, and then:
1. Fill out the RETURN SLIP efficiently (return quality and reasons);
2. Place the RETURN SLIP inside of the return package along with the item(s) you wish to return;
3. Ship the package back to the RETURN ADDRESS within 14 days of receipt;
4. Be very aware of using LOCAL POSTAL SERVICES for the return package, instead of DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, etc. please, or we remind the right to reject the return package; Our customer service will contact you upon receipt of your return within 24 hours (except for national holidays)
