9)Terms of Delivery
By air such as:EMS, TNT, DHL or UPS. EMS is the cheapest way of shipping, but it will take a little longer time to arrive at some countries. It takes about 5-10 business days shipping by EMS;it takes about 3-7 business days by TNT;it takes 3-7 days by DHL; it takes about 1-3 business days by UPS. We will make the shipment according to clients’ requests.
10)Delivery Time
It often takes 7-20 days producing after we receive your payment. The delivery time depends on the order quantity. We need about 7 days to produce a wedding dress. We also accept urgent orders.
11)Terms of payment
T/T, Western Union, . If you choose to pay by , you should pay for the charges that deducted by from your payment.
12)Return Police
If the products have any quality problem, you can return it to us and we will exchange it to you or we will refund to you. But if the problem is due to your own damage, it won’t be borne by us. We cannot promise the dress is 100% same with the original picture, but we can make it 98% like the picture.
13)Colors
You can choose any color from our color chart. The color charts are as below:

- 1. The dress does not include any accessories:such as gloves, wedding veil and the little jacket(showed in the picture). The price we quote is only for the dress. But if you want, we can make them for you.
- 2. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, so we cannot promise that the color of our products will be exactly the same as the picture you saw. There are maybe a little difference of the colors.
