Shipping and Handling:
1. The shipping and handling fee covers packing, warehouse, distribution cost, etc which is not just for postage only.
2. We will provide the appropriate item value to avoid your country’s customs fees.
3. Buyers are responsible for additional COD charges, VAT, Customs fees, and Duty for importation (if any).
Promised By Seller Returns:
1. We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can.
2. We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them, for reasons of wrong item or damaged item. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition under such a situation.
3. Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
4. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.
5. On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.
Warranty &Maintenance:
1. For electronic items, we provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.
2. Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).
3. Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address, and write clearly on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send them.
