If your measurements are way off my size chart, we are happy to make the dress according to your measurements as long as you agree that final alteration might be needed for best fit.We strongly recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional before buying any gown online.

Return Policy
A. Quality Issues
1. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective as described, you will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.
2. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you with no refund.
B. Size Issues
Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1" in either direction of specified measurements.If you are retruning to the dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in the original condition-unworn, unwashed, unaltered.
1. All dresses are made or come with margins for altering and tailoring if desired. If the dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered, one can choose to make the adjustments at a local tailor, in which case we will reimburse the tailoring costs as long as the costs does not exceed the original price of the dress by 50%. If the tailoring costs exceed the original price of the dress by 50%, we will reimburse only up to the amount equal to 50% of the dress` original cost.
2. We provide a modification service for our customers, who can send back the dress and get the dress modified within 7 working days. In this case, we are responsible for all shipping costs.
3.Dress is not the size your order: Shoulder your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inches, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% for the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
4.Dresses the size you ordered but does not fit: Dress that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you order can not be returned to exchanged. As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at our own cost. Please notify you order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
