SHIPPING POLICY
* We ship the item to the address provided by ESCROW, please make sure the detailed consignee address, full receiver name, postal code and available phone number is absolutely correct.
* Items will be shipped with specified processing time (within three business days) after notification of your payment by ESCROW.
* We accept DHL, EMS and China Post Air Mail shipment, which will be following buyers’ choice.
* Shipping time for DHL is around 5 work days, for EMS around 15 work days, and for China Post Air Mail around 30 work days. Please choose the most suitable express.
* For bulk orders we can also arrange to make the goods available at our warehouse for your own forwarder to collect, or we can offer good freight rates for bulk air shipment or sea freight
* The goods are delivered by the courier's local services Customs Clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of the shipment.
* In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, we will assist as much as possible.
* These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
* We do not mark merchandise real values below value or mark items as “gifts” - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
PAYMENT
* We accept WESTUNION/ Money Gram / TT payment. Your payment is paid directly to ALIBABA ESCROW first, after you confirm well receive the goods, escrow will release the payment to us.
* After you won/purchased an item from us, please pay all your items in one combined payment and please DO NOT pay your items into separate payments. If you make two or more separate payments it will go out as two separate orders and you will not get the combined shipping & handling discount or any other promotional offers.
RETURN POLICY
* Items will be double checked before shipment to make sure everything is ok.
* In case there is any quality problem, after checking by us(some photos), customer can return back the item to exchange new one, we will bear the freight charge.
We want our customers to feel safe knowing they can return their items, no questions asked! If confirmed by us is quality problem, simply follow these 3 easy steps!
* Email us to get the return mailing address
* Write down 'RETURN' clearly on the envelop and return to the address provided.
* Buyers will be contacted to arrange refund of merchant value once the returned item is received. Please note that postage is NOT refundable.
Returns Restrictions:
* All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt of your package.
* If items are damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt. We will not accept any items with odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
