We usually advice customer to contact our staff before sending dress back to us, as there may be time when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us.
We will gladly exchange your gown for any of our stocking styles.
We will accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents,no makeup stains, no alterations).
You need to contact us before you return them and we will give you our mailing address for returning items.
Any item returned without notifying us will not be credited or exchanged.
The item must be send back within 5days after received.
Once we receive your item, inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped it to you and confirm.
