Usually we send our parcel at safe condition. If you have got special requirements, we are happy to offer our help.

1,Because of "Ali system fault" from Ali express,so the buyer from "Puerto- Rico,"Philippines",
or some other countries can not choose China or Hong Kong post air mail.We set Free by EMS
instead,so please note we will send you by China post not by EMS.
2,Without special notice, we will send parcels to the address marked at Ali express.
3,In order to assure you receive parcel without import duty, we usually declare it as “gift”
or “samples” at lower price.
4,For free shipping items, we usually send by China Post Air and will give one tracking no. when
we delivery them. If you need quicker delivery time, you can choose other courier like DHL, UPS,
FedEx, TNT etc. and we charge extra shipping cost for them.
