For example due to different computer monitor, different light intensity and different photo affects, there can be a slight difference in design, embroidery, beads placement or color, If you need 100% similar dress, Please don’t buy, because we guarantee 90%-95% similarity to the picture. But we are sure you will like the dress, as it still will be very beautiful with same style, and also give you joy of shopping!! Integrity is the basis of any business that’s why we tell you this.
2) All dress don’t include accessories, such as Belts, veil, hair accessories, gloves petticoat, etc
3) One dress will be made by several designer, someone design it , someone cut the fabric, someone sew the fabric on the machine, and someone sew the beads crystals, embroidery, etc. The dress will be made in a queue, it will take about 1-2 weeks to finish a dress
4) Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you see.
5) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers’ responsibility.
6) For the sake of timely delivery, it’s deeply appreciated with your kind providing the date of your wedding or party in the column of “order remarks” when you proceeding the order check out.
7) Skirt size will be 2cm different , Please according to your commer size.

Return Policy
1) We don’t accept to give any refunds as the following reasons
a) we don’t accept returns on any custom made gowns unless the size, color is wrong or quality is not same as our products detail.
b) We do have 100% money back guarantee or remake a new dress or change other dresses if our dress have quality problems or color problems or size problem. The buyer must send back the dress to China and pay the shipping fee, After we get the dress, we will give the buyer’s full refunds, items must be in the shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all packing
c) We send dresses in time but shipping company delayed the sending time so bride can’t ware dresses on the wedding day. We can’t control the shipping company working time at all. So wholesaler order the dresses 1 month earlier than the bride’s wedding day please
d) When the customer get dresses and said the fabric, color not the one I imaged. All must be based on our products detail. If you are a very picky buyer, don’t buy from us please
2) All the dresses can be made as 90%-95% similar as the picture, It depends on styles, If you want 100% the same as the picture, please don’t make payment. Our price is very cheap because we are the wedding dress factory and we can’t accept the 100% same style problem after you got the orders
3) We check each time before we send it out, we can ensure the color and the size are the correct , If you find the size or color is wrong, please contact us, After confirming with us, return it back to us
4) If the dress has any major quality problem, please let our customer know within 24hours from the time you received the dress, we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
5) All return or exchange must be claimed within 3 days of receiving merchandise.
Full refund
We accept to give customer full refunds or remake new dresses if the item has one of the following Problem.
1) Items are made in wrong color
2) Fabric is not the same fabric as the customer order detail
3) Style is made in a very low similarity
4) Quality is very poor and not same as we described in our workmanship detail and products detail.
