How to Measure

we understand the demands in purchasing a dress without trying in on. If you use our measuring guidelines and size charts and a little common sense, it is very easy to make an informed decision

USE A PROFESSIONAL

First of all, the information we provide are just guidelines and not hard fast rules. Different dress styles and body types may make these guidelines insufficient.

Secondly, we suggest having a professional seamstress/tailor in your area take your measurements. Since sizing is not an exact science and alterations will most likely be necessary, establishing a relationship with a seamstress will help in your quest for a proper fit. If this is not possible, please have someone besides yourself take the measurements.

Last but not least, the final decision and responsibility on what size to order is up to you.

And How tall the brides without shoes? Very important! 

If you are plus size and the dress with sleeves, you should be measure more measurements, as follow:

Shoulder to Shoulder: Only needed for dress with sleeves. This is the width of your shoulder
Arm girth: This measurement gives me the size of the sleeve hole that you are comfortable wearing. This measurement is entirely subjective and you can make it as deep or as tight as you are comfortable with.
Bicep girth: around arm at fullest part of upper arm

Standard Shipping Charge Rate

We uses EMS, TNT or DHL for all of our shipping to anywhere in the world. We also insure all of our packages. Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the items for each separate order placed. In the case  of a multiple item order being shipped to multiple addresses, shipping is applied per address and calculated based on the total weight of all items being shipped to that address.

Normally a wedding gown weights between 2.6 – 3.0 kilograms, bridesmaids dress weights between 1.0 – 1.5 kilograms, and flower girl dress weights under 1.0 kilograms

Return Policy

We’re not satisfied until you are and we are confident in our wide selection of high quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase or the service we provide, please call our customer service department immediately.

Please note that we take every precaution to insure your order arrives safely, however, there may be some occasions where goods are damaged beyond our control.

The following is a list of items that cannot be exchanged or returned:

• We do not accept returns on any custom made order which includes dress in CUSTOM SIZE, COLOR or DESIGN. ALL SALES ARE FINAL for custom made dresses.
• We don't accept any dress for exchange
• we don't accept any dress changed the color.
• Absolutely no returns will be accepted after the wedding date
• Accessory items such as wraps, jackets, gloves, or fabric made specifically for you
• Products that have been modified or altered in any way
• Discontinued and/ or clearance sale items

Return Requirements:

• We just accept return if our dress not in good quality and damage during the delivery and other acceptable reasons.
• Please email us if our dress not in good quality as soon as you received the dress.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer.
• In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. About 70 us dollars for reach dress restock fee.

Return Procedure:

• Email or contact us in 2 days after you got the dress.
• If your dress for any reasons needs return, we will email you the Return Authorization number.
• Print the Return Authorization Form that will be emailed to you once your request has been accepted.
• Return the product in the original box with packing materials along with the RA receipt and original packing slip.
• Be sure to insure your return package, as we are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in return shipment. No refund will be given for damaged items.
• Returned items must be post marked within 3 days after receipt of RA.
• The package must be received within 7 days of receipt of your order.
