* Most of our deals are promoted with free shipping (selected countries) by HK post/China post, usually Under 1KG send by HK post, more than 2KG by UPS/DHL .Please contact us before you place your order if you need the goods urgently.
* The items are wellpacked ,we support shipping via China post/HK post/UPS/DHL/FEDEX/EMS,please allow 5-20days to reach.(Some Africa and Mideast countries takes longer time)
* In order to ensure you receive your order with tax free or lower tax upon import,we'll declare it as a "gift" with a lower value,if any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility.

♥ Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items
Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for a refund/exchange. When requesting your refund/exchange, please be ready to provide us with clear photographs showing the problem with the products. After that, we will send you the detailed returning address.The return shipping fee is on your own!
♥ Size Issues
As our dresses are hand-sewn refer to our standard size. Should your item size different from the specifications of your order by more than 1 inch, please send us photos showing dress measurement. We encourage you to find a local tailor to make
adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse the tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
♥ Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on our website. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact us by TradeManager or E-mail to see if a return or refund is possible.
♥ Exclusions
1. Products damaged do not qualify for the Return Policy.
2. Custom items, is excluded due to hygiene conditions and perishable nature.
3. An exchange/ refund request should be submitted within 3 days after you receiving the dress.
4. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, has missing parts or not complete along with accessories, do not qualify for the Return Policy.
5. Simply dislike the dress & color, customer unilaterally select a wrong size do not qualify for the Return Policy.
