If the item is lost during shipping with Registered post, please allow for claiming by post office.

If the items damage or malfunction caused by delivery under normal use. You will be offer for a return.
If you have received a wrong item, you will be offer for a return.
Due to particularity of digital product sometimes buyer may think he received a faulty item (in fact it may be good ),but no authority can confirm it or no intuitionist proof support it, buyer will be still offer for a return.
Please note that: all defective items must be returned within 2 month from the date of purchased for exchange or refund. Buyer must return items to our China office at his/her own cost of post-page.
To qualify for a FREE exchange or refund the product must be:
we received the returned item, " as new " condition; and complete with any accessories (if possible, the original box and packaging).
This promise does not include faults caused by accident, misuse, and other non-normal use.
