B: TNT or DHL is strength for most of the country all over the world, but shipping cost would be a little higher than EMS. Shipping time usually about 3-5 business days.

Defective, Damaged or Delivery Errored Dresses
Defective, damaged or Delivery Errored items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide our sales with photographs clearly showing the problem with the dresses.
Size Issues
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn refer to our standard size, the finished gown may vary by approximately one 2 cm in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors will adjust size for you if you provide your measurement. Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order by more than 2cm, we encourage you to find to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse the tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on our website. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact our sales to see if a return or refund is possible.
Return Process
1) Please kindly contact our sales within 7days after your received dresses, including an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return.
2) Once we confirmed and approved your request, please send the dress and deliver it soonest by cheapest shipping way.
