Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.
Formal Dresses
It will take11-13working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will then take about3-5working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard
Wedding Dresses

Returns Information
All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 25% of the item price. Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses and tuxedos/dress suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. We treat each dress with special care and dedication, therefore the time required to make each type of dress differs. Below you can see each carefully taken step in the creation of your dress!

The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size.Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment.
Please follow the measurement instructions, and measure yourself carefully. After you pay for me ,please tell me your exact measurement ( Bust .Waist .Hips .Shoulder to Waist .Outer Leg .Shoulder to Shoulder . Stature/Height ) in 24 hours ,so that you can receive the dress quickly !If you need any other color or special requirement, please contact me by email and I will take care of your request personally.
