6.For the sake of timely delivery, it is deeply appreciated with your kind providing the date of your wedding or party in the column of "order remarks" when you proceeding the order check out.
7.Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you see.
8.Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer`s responsibility.Please check with your country`s customs to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
9.There will be US$30.0 extra cost for plus size or certain complicated changing design service on the model.
10. The dresses are custom made according to pictures, the similarity is around 90%.

Q: How far in advance should I order my dress?
A: The tailoring time for wedding dresses is 12-15 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Check the Tailoring time noted on the dress’s product page when planning your order. Please allow another 3-8 business days for shipping.
Q: Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our Cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than for other items, so it`s important to order carefully.
Q: Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?
A: Yes, we could custom make according to your special request and we could also custom make based on pictures, please contact us to double check the possibilty.
Q: Can I order this dress in custom made size?
A: Yes, we could custom make it according to your detailed size info, if it is not of plus size, there will be no extra cost. Normally USD30.0 for plus size charge.
Q: Will I be able to alter my dress if I receive it and it doesn’t fit exactly right?
A:Yes. If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inches on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.

Seller Promise
Refund or exchange will be accepted upon the following situation:
1. Please contact us before return, all items must be returned or changed within 14 days.
2. Worn, perfume or altered garments, we will not refunds.
3. The amount of dress will be returned but the return shipping charges should be afforded by buyer. No refund shipping charges & return shipping charges.
4. Custom measurement and color, if you find your dress have these problems, you can send it back and we will remake for you. But no refund and the shipping fee should be paid by buyer. The items listed with free shipping, and the shipping cost will be recalculated based on the actual weight.
5. Please immediately check the dress carefully after get it. If any questions of the dress or you want returned, please contact us within 10 days after you received it.
6. Since the dress is made as your demand with the size & color you provided, if you find the size is not right, please check again, or you’d better ask a local dressmaker for a professional measurement. Certainly we will remake the dress for you, if it`s our responsibility. Or we can help you to fix it, but you need pay the repair charge .Tks for your cooperation.
