1).Our cancellations Policy
-Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
-Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
-Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

a).we dont accept returns on any custom made dresses unless the size,color is wrong or the quality is not the same as our description.when you choose the color,please carefully, Color different can not be avoided,because of different screen reflection.
b).we dont accept the returen money if you said the dress is not fit you.and it is not nice when you wear it.becasue the dress is custom made you choosed the design,if you return we cant sale to other people,hoping you can understand.
c).we make the dress based on the size you provide.so if you provide us the wrong size when you receive the dress,we dont have the responsibility to return your money,if you can pay the shipping fee,we can adjust for you free.
d).all the dresses can be made as %90-96% similar as the original picture.it depends on the styles.if you want 100% the same as the origianal picture,please dont make the payment.Our price is very cheap,all things are wholesale price,we are OEM wedding dress factory and we cant accept the 100% same style problems after you got the orders.if you are a very picky client,please dont pay the money.and if you have any other requirements like adjust some place please contact us,we will try our best to make nice dress for you.

Usually we send dress by DHL. It needs 3-5 days shipping time, if the remote country ,it needs more time. Different countries need different time, please contact us if you need the dress urgently.
if the heavy handwork dress, the production time is 30-40 days, please order the dress ahead of time. if some simple dress
the production time is 15-20 days.
