Terms of Sevice
Shippment:
When you place and order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 7 days once your payment is completed.
We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shippments due to difference in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Please note that buyers are reponsible for all additional fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for improtation into your country..These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery . We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.
Returns:
We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can.
We will refund you if yo return the items within 15days of your receipt of the items for any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If th items are damaged or lost when they are returned ,the buyer will be responsible for such damage or less, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or lose.
The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.
Sizing or Fit Issues:
As all of our garments are hand-sewn, the finished gown may very by aapproximately 1 inch more or less in the specified measurements.
To ensure that your garments will still fit you perfectly, we have created all our garments with additional fabric in the allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If you find the goods are not suitable and have questions,please contact us directely.
Color Mismatch:
Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting , background etc. however, if you believe that the items received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
