1. If I made an order, could you send me the item pictures without watermark ?
Of course, We could send you the item pictures after you place an order, but you have to tell us if you need when
placing your order. If not, we usually do not send you any picture.
2. Do you do dropshipping ?
Yes, We could ship to worldwide for you. Please dont send us your customer address by message, just write the
correct address at alibaba system, we just send the address according to alobaba system shown.
3. Can I place an order one by one as a sample ?
Yes, you can order any you like, but the minimum purchase amount is 100 dollars including shipping fee if one by
one as sample. You should collect all the item code that you order, and send to us by alibaba mail. And then we will
make a products line for your order, and send it to you for paying conveniently.
4. Can I mix colors at the same style item ?
Yes, usually many items have some different colors at the same style. So if you want to buy them in different colors,
please tell us, and then we will mix colors in your need. If not, we usually just send you the item colors as shown
as that you order.
5. Do I need to pay import tariffs ?
It depends on your country`s import and export policies, if tariff resulted, it need to be payed by buyer.
6. Is the item delivered to the port or my home/office ?
It will be delivered to the address you provided, to you home or office.
7. How long will you send and item delivery ?
(1).We usually ship to you within 24 hours after you place an order, but if any question need to be confirmed from
you, we will ship them after your comfirmation.
(2).China Post or HongKong Post for free shipping, To Oceania, Middle East, Europe and North America usually
needs 7-15 days. Africa and South America usually at least 20 days.
(3).If you pay for faster shipping, you will receive your item very fast like as DHL to worldwide usually needs 3-5
business days.
(4).If you buy more than 200$, usually we will send you by faster shipping freely such as EMS, DHL and others if
the items to Oceania, Europe and North America. More than $300 for free faster shipping to Africa and South
America.
8.Can I return to get exchange or refund if I`m not satisfied with my order ?
Yes, if you dont satisfied with the item you received, please contact us within 3 days after you received them, we
will try our best to solve it with you. Buyer pay for shipping back and we would pay for shipping to you. If you want
to refund, please keep the item in original packaging and pay for shipping back. After we receive them and check all
are ok, we will return all your money at once.
