We must be contacted within 5 days of delivery for you to be eligible for an exchange. At our discretion, we will accept returns on wedding gowns in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations). A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns, not return shipping fee because it is pay to post office and you must pay the return shipping fees by yourself.
