1). You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the reception of your dress(es). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return.
2). Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors.If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you with no refund.
3). Return shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility.it is buyer's responsibility to pay for the shipping fee of sending back and exchange
4).Just quality problems or size mistake ,we accept returning, but please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1" in either direction of specified measurements. If you want to amend the the dress,we can help you ,but you have to pay for the shipping fee.
