We will prepare your goods after we receive your payment , and give you a tracking number after we send out your goods.
1. We only ship your parcel strictly upon you confirmed mailing address . We are not responsible for missing parcel with unconfirmed mailing address .
2. We ship the items within 3 business days from Monday to Friday ( China Time ) after payment.
Most items would be shipped within 3working day ( except public holidays and unexpected things ) by airmail or EMS ( Express Mail Service ) .
3. The estimated delivery dates are 15 - 20 days by small package , 5 - 7 day by EMS Our experience
is that some parcels take longer time due to delay of customs clearance and public holidays / climate and local events .
4 . If you do not receive the parcel after 30 days of mailing date and it needs another 20 days to track the missing parcel .
Please contact us if there is any problem within 4 days of receipt . If the item is damaged / lost during delivery , or if defective / wrong item shipped , please inform us within 2 days of receipt in detail . We will refund in full based on the confirmation of post office .
Please send us the item in original condition first and we will refund the payment on time when we receive the item .
If there is no item in stock and you disagree to replace with the similar item , we will refund in full .
Before we refund the payment , the item should be returned in original condition and the return
postage is charged by the buyer .
