Customers will be responsible for providing us with the correct shipping information during check out. Please double check before finalizing the checkout process. We and our shipping company will not cover lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. 

Shipment: 

1. Most of our items are free of shipping via China Post Air Mail, and if you need it urgently, please contact us and we will use the express delivery such as EMS/FEDEX/UPS/DHL/TNT (Quick more than 2-3 times) to  deliver the item to you,  but you need to add an extra post fee which is on your buyer's responsibility.

  2. We usually deliver via UPS DHL FEDEX TNT

International Buyers – Please Note:

(a) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

(b) Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering/buying.

(c) These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Return policy:

 If there is quality problem about the item, please take photos about the problem within 48 hours after receiving the item,we accept offer an exchange or refund .The item must be returned in its original shipping way to our place. Once the dress is received back. We will be happy to refund your payment (note: we should receive the return item). But you must pay for the shipping back fee for us as well . It’s so regret that shipping 

cost is non-refundable. If there is not quality issue such as size or you’re not like it, we’re sorry that we can’t refund, but you can exchange another item if you are willing to pay for shipping freight back and forth. Thanks!
