      Shipping Time

      Whether choosing a standard size or custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored for you from scratch.
      Total Shipping Time is based on the timetailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dressto be shipped to you.

      Event/ Party Dresses & Special Occasion Dresses

      It will take 10-12 business days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will then take about 3-5 business days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, EMS, etc) standard.

      With the principle of supremacy of customers, we will try our best to make the dress that shipped to you caters to your request. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, washing and iron the dress. If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

      Return Policy

      *All our dresses aren’t just pulled from a warehouse - once your order is confirmed, our tailors begin selecting materials in the color you requested and cutting fabric based on your measurements. Even standard size dresses are made to measure for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than for other items, so it’s important to order carefully. For full details, see our Return and Cancelation Policy.

      *All our dresses from lovingdress are tailored by experienced professionals and hand-made accordingly. Each dress goes through quality-inspection four times before being shipped out to minimize such problems from arising. Because each dress is hand-made, there will be at most a 5% difference between the product picture and the product you receive.

      If you wish to refund, you will need to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us. After returning the dress, we will inspect the dress to ensure that the defect was our responsibility, upon which we will offer you a complete refund within 16-20 days. However, if the defect is within aforementioned 5% difference, we can only offer you a partial refund of 20%-50%. We hope you can understand.

      *If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item you purchased. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues.

      * Lovingdress only accepts a partial or complete refund for the item that has problem due to our carelessness. That means we cannot warrant a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by Lovingdress.

      * Package lost during the ordinary shipment period can be treated with full refund.

      *If we shipped you an incorrect item: You have the option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item, or 2) returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back. In many cases, you have 7 days after receiving your order to contact Customer Service and request a return or exchange.

      * We cannot accept returns for confirmed customer sized or customer self designed dress.

      * We cannot accept returns for that the item is too heavy or too light.

      * We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged by improper cleaning method.

      * Bear in mind that the quality problem is not including color aberration for it could exist due to PC monitor display effect and weather condition, but we can declare that our products are of good quality. Any uninformed returning of the item will not be credited.

      * Dress is not the size you ordered. If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments; we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.

      * Dress is the measurements you ordered but does not fit. Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned, or exchanged.

      * You should contact us within 2 business days (from the date that the item is received) if you want to return the item back to us. You can email to us to claim your return. A reply with the resolution is offered within 24 hours.

      * Till you are going to ship an item back to us, you should contact our customer support first; our customer representative will clarify for you. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. If we agree to refund, please email us the completed Product Return Form and you need to ship the item back to us within 7 business days (from the date the item is received). We can only warrant you refund after we receive the item in good conditions as we send to you. And you should be responsible for the shipping fee.

      * If you want to cancel the order, then you have to contact us within 24 hours, Orders canceled after 1 day of payment confirmation will be eligible for a 50% of the product refund and the full shipping cost. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
