If customers require using other fabrics such as silk satin, cotton, we have no problem to accord to customers'request.
2. Minimum order:
Minimum Order is 1-2 PCS/style/colour/mix sizes. All of our wedding dress, evening dress, prom dress, bridesmaid dress, mother dress of bride, flower girl dress are no MOQ limitied.
3. Lead Time
The production time of wedding dress, wedding gown, bridal dress, eveing dress, prom dress, bridesmaid dress, mother dress of bride, flower girl dress is 15-25days according to you order quantity. For rush order, our productiontime is 3-7days.
4. Packaging
For all of our wedding dress, wedding gown, bridal dress, eveing dress, prom dress, bridesmaid dress, mother dress of bride, flower girl dress, one piece one polyester bag!
5. Shipping and Handling method:
Sent by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS or acccording to your request
Shipping time: 4-7days by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL
This is an international shipment. Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing. We will put the gown in a courier bag. Steam press is recommended after international transportation
6. Custom Design:
If you can't find a style you like in our collection, we can make dresses in your own design. You can send us pictures patterns, even sketches of your design of other styles you like, and we would make replicas by your specifications. After finish we will take detailed photos and email them to you to check them advancely, then send the ready dresses to you. If you are not satisfied, we will make modify the dresses until you are satisfied with them.
7. Private Labeling:
We could place your private label on any of your orders. Private latel is charged extraly.
8. Payment Method and Payment Term:
The payment methods we accept include Western Union, Money gram

C. All returns must be sent within 7 days of the shipment being delivered. We only accept dresses in their original condition- unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged - and must have the tags intact and still attached. Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package.
C1. Quality Issues:
1. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective as described, you will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.
2. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you with no refund.
C2. Size Errors:
Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1" in either direction of specified measurements.
1. All dresses are made or come with margins for altering and tailoring if desired. If the dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered, one can choose to make the adjustments at a local tailor, in which case we will reimburse the tailoring costs as long as the costs does not exceed the original price of the dress by 50%. If the tailoring costs exceed the original price of the dress by 50%, we will reimburse only up to the amount equal to 50% of the dress`s original cost.
2. We provide a modification service for our customers, who can send back the dress and get the dress modified within 7 working days. In this case, we are responsible for all shipping costs.
3. Customers can also return a dress with measurement errors, and will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.
C3. Color Errors:
If the color of the delivered dress is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by one`s display monitor. Please purchase our fabric for confirmation before ordering your dress.)
However, any errors regarding size/color that were made during purchasing of our products will not be eligible for refunds.In this case, we can provide a size modification service to our customers for free, with customers only paying for the shipping fee. A dress modification is normally done in 7 working days.
C4. Order Cancellations
All dress orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. All dress orders canceled after 48 hours will be eligible for a 25% partial refund.
