If you cant find a style you like in our collection,we can make dresses in your own design.You can send us pictures patterns,even sketches of your design of other styles you like,and we would make replicas by your specifications.After finish we will take detailed photos and email them to you to check them advancely,then send the ready goods to you.if you are not satisfied,we will modify the goods until you are satisfied with them.
4.Private Labeling:
We could place your private label on your orders.Private latel is charged extraly.
5. Payment:
A. Full payment must be made within 10 days of placing your order.
B. The buyer is responsible for any tax and/or duty charged by their country.
6. Return Policy (please read carefully):
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, we advise you to follow these steps,
A .We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have not altered and have not been worn. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized by the designer of you.
B. The buyer must contact us within 3 days of delivery if they wish to exchange defective or incorrectly shipped items..
C. The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.
D. We must receive the item within 10 days after we give our return address. If we do not receive your item within 10 days, no credit or exchange will be given
E. Once we receive your item, inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped it to you and confirm that we have received it within 10 days of giving our return address, we will issue the full refund, or exchange the item for you
F. For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged. For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns .
