Shipment:
After order placed and the full payment amount (including shipping cost) received , we gurantee to ship the products by the shipping way you chose within 3 days.
We could not guarantee your receiving time , as customs clearance time in your country is out of our control. Please note that buyers are responsible for all possiblel customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These charges will be not refunded in case of returning.
Color Mismatch :
In case you find the products you received is in big color difference or even wrong color, pls contact us. If it is color model mistake, we will pay the shipping cost for you to replace or return it. Acctually the feeling of color difference maybe caused by many reasons,such as color reflection difference by different computer monitors, lighting, background etc., so in case no color model mistake and just small difference, pls pay the shipping cost then to return it.
Warranty and Guarantee:
1-In case the products are found damaged / lost during shipment , please inform the courier company (or post office) and us immediately, we will refund the full amount after getting the confirmation from the mail company.
2-In case the products you received are found defective, please contact us immediately, and choose to return it within 3 days from your receipt date for replacement with free shipping, or return it and be refunded, after the defects confirmed by we both sides.
3-In case you are not satified with the no-defect products you received, within 3 days you could send us back with paying the returning shipping cost, and get refunded after we receive the intact products in original condition.
