SHIPPING POLICY
* We ship the item to the address provided by ESCROW, please make sure the detailed consignee address, full receiver name, postal code and available phone number is absolutely correct.
* Items will be shipped with specified processing time (within three business days) after notification of your payment by ESCROW.
* We accept DHL, TNT, EMS and China Post Air Mail shipment, which will be following buyers’ choice.
* Shipping time for DHL and TNT is around 5 work days, for EMS around 15 work days, and for China Post Air Mail around 30 work days. Please choose the most suitable express.
* For bulk orders we can also arrange to make the goods available at our warehouse for your own forwarder to collect, or we can offer good freight rates for bulk air shipment or sea freight
* The goods are delivered by the courier's local services Customs Clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of the shipment.
* In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, we will assist as much as possible.
* Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

PAYMENT
* We accept WESTUNION/ Money Gram / TT payment. Your payment is paid directly to ALIBABA ESCROW first, after you confirm well receive the goods, escrow will release the payment to us.
* After you won/purchased an item from us, please pay all your items in one combined payment and please DO NOT pay your items into separate payments. If you make two or more separate payments it will go out as two separate orders and you will not get the combined shipping & handling discount or any other promotional offers.
RETURN POLICY
* Items will be double checked before shipment to make sure everything is ok.
* In case there is any quality problem, after checking by us(some photos), customer can return back the item to exchange new one, we will bear the freight charge.

* Email us to get the return mailing address
* Write down 'RETURN' clearly on the envelop and return to the address provided.
