Return Policy
If there is any problem when you receive your parcel, If the item is damaged / lost
during delivery , or if defective / wrong item shipped , please inform us within 2 days of receipt in detail . We will refund in full based on the confirmation of post office . Please send us the item in original condition first and we will refund the payment on time when we receive the item .
If there is no item in stock and you disagree to replace with the similar item , we will refund in full .
Before we refund the payment , the item should be returned in original condition and the return postage is charged by the buyer .
