Do please notice that all return requests must be within 3 days after package was dropped off from the carrier; over 3 days, no returns/refunds would be accepted. And customers should pay for the shipping fee for the returns of the dress.
We accept returns if the item with obvious quality problems which can be defined as follows:
A: Obvious quality defects
B: Not following the customization requirement of customer
C: Obvious size deviation from the sizes customers offered
D: Obvious wrong color as customer choose, like we make your black dress into white
E: Merchandise damaged the time the customer receive it
We require our customer to take photo or video as proofs for us to check to offer the best solution for customers if there is something wrong with the dress. Do not bring up the dispute first. Do please cooperate us positively in the process of the solution.
We will not accept the returns as follows:
1st, Because of everybody different size , different figure, different appearance that we can not guarantee all will looks as beautiful as picture show .so All requests for returns because of the reasons such as not looks beautiful as picture , not beautiful as expect , not like the fabric, etc. are not accepted.
2nd, the dress do not fit customers as customers offer the wrong sizes.
3rd, No returns will be offered because of the inevitably reasons, like needle marks, small threads and small color difference as it may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc.
