2.Shipping Companies:
The couriers our agent used mostly are DHL, UPS, Registered Post. etc.
Generally speaking, it is by DHL when package weight is over 5 kilos, and by Registered Post when less than 5 kilos.
DHL and UPS take about 5-7 days to arrive, and Registered Post takes about 15-25 days to arrive. Because we only add in a low delivery charge cost into each price, but delivery charge is extremely high when weight is less than 5 kilos.
For DHL and UPS, tracking number will enable you to track down the exact delivery status. But for Registered Post, they don’t offer the tracking function
3. Declare value :
INorder to ensure you receive your order tax free upon import, we will declare it with a lower value. This lower price has nothing to do with the total price you paid
