Return & Exchange
We want every customer of ours to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly: Returns may be considered under the following conditions only.
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or dissatisfied must be approved by us within 7 business days of receipt of order.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless we are responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item. only the shipping fee is paid by customers.

We will put the dress in a Waterproof plastic bag ,then there will be another special express bags outside. if u have special requests , pls tell us .
