- All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked.
- The dresses were be made as 95% similar as the picture, If you request 100% same as the picture, please think twice before you do the payment.
- Our tailor will make the dress all based on your demand, like your size, color and other request. So we strongly suggest an accurate measurement before you order.
- All our dresses are created with a margin for modification in case of measurement error
Delivery Time:
It takes 15-17 working days to tailor your dress by professional dressmaker. And about 3-7 working days for the package travel from our factory to your location, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company standard.
Custom Design:
If you can't find a style you like in our collection, we can make dresses in your own design. You can send us pictures patterns, even sketches of your design of other styles you like, and we would make replicas by your specifications. After finish we will take detailed photos and email them to you to check them advancely, then send the ready dresses to you. If you are not satisfied, we will make modify the dresses until you are satisfied with them.
Return Policy:
1. We realize that is difficult to purchase over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with purchase .for avoid misunderstanding ,Please contact us first when you have any questions before you press "buy it now" or to bid.
2. when you got the dress , please cantact us first if there's any fault , we will do our best resolve the question for you ,so please cantact us first before you leave the neutral or negative feedback .
3. also we accept refund or change when the item is fault ,the dress must start back within 3 days after you received it ,please ensure dress is brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).
For exchanges, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges.
Dress must be received back to us within 7 days of your receipt.
For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns .we will do the refund or change once the dress arrive .
