Our factory established in 2002, and keeps a long-term and stable cooperation with many garment factories. At the same time, we have our own feature. We commit ourselves to make formal dress, wedding dress that suit individuals. In our factory, the majority costume can be ordered according to your own needs. Generally speaking, our production time will be 7 to 10 days, and delivery time will be 8-15 days. But our tailored costume actually will be more suitable than the finished in garment factory. More time is worth it.

Shipment
• We offer flat rate for more shipping options.
• Item will be shipped within 3-30 working days of cleared payment.
• All our items will be shipped to buyer's ad dress provided offered by buyers, please confirm your ad dress before payment.
• Items will be shipped via China Post Airmail or EMS or other shipping ways you choose.
• Online tracking available.
Tracking number and website will be offered once items shipped.
• Please allow 5-30 working days (depends on where you are) for delivery (from the date of dispatch), because all items will be shipped from our warehouse in China via Air Mail.
• We provide combine shipping, but the shipping fee depends on the weight of items. So if you want to do combine shipping, please give us the item name you want, and we will calculate the total price including shipping.
Returns
We do our best to serve our customers the best chat we can. We will refund you if you return the items within 15 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.
Sizing or fit issue
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customer tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately 1 inch in the specified measurements.
To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If you find the products are not suitable for you and have questions, you can contact us directly.
Color mismatch
Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
