Order & Payment
You can order directly on my store, pls finish the payment within 5 days after you place the order. We will send out your goods in 2~5 days after your payment. The buyer is responsible for any tax and/or duty charged by their customs.
Refund & Return
1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item. But the buyer is responsible for all further shipping fees. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.
2. The buyer must contact us within 3 days after delivery if they wish to exchange defective or incorrect shipped items.if found defective products or poor quality products, please inform us or send us pictures, we will compensate you at your next order or refund you when we got the return of those defective products.
3. Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address, and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will refund or exchange them ASAP.
