Shipment:
When you place an order, we will send the items within 3 days once your payment is completed.
The delivery time to USA is about 10-15 days. We ship by e-packet and free shipping.
The delivery time is about 20-40 days to most countries in the world via China post air mail and free shipping.
We also can ship by express, (DHL FEDEX UPS TNT delivery time 3-5days; EMS delivery time 9-14days).The buyer has to pay the extra shipping fees. Please contact to us if you want to ship by express.
Please note the buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fee, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery.
The shipping freight does not include any import taxes, and the buyer is responsible for importation customs duties.
Returns:
We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can. The customer can return the items within 15days when you received for any reason. The returned items should be sent in their original condition and can be ensured that would not be in damage or loss during shipping. Otherwise, we will not arrange the full refund for the customer and the buyer will be responsible for the damage or loss, and the buyer will file a claim with the logistic company to recover the damage or loss. Moreover the buyer will be responsible for the shipping freights for the returned items.
Sizing or fit issues:
As all of our clothing is hand-sewn, the finished dress may vary by approximately in±1 inch(±2cm) in the specified measurements (that is within the normal range of error).If you find the products are not suitable for you when received & have questions. Please contact to us freely.
Color Mismatch:
Color differences may be caused by some other reasons, Such as monitor reflection, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item you received is in wrong color, Please contact us to see how to solve the problem for you.
