Return & Exchange
KIMMEX wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly, Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by KIMMEX within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless KIMMEX is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.
About Shipping and Packing:
We Ship the goods all over the world by EMS,DHL or HK Post. You can choose one of the delivery ways.If you have no special comments, we will use HK Post or EMS,it will take 4—10 days to your side,sometimes maybe delay some days because of your Country Customhouse.
Please inspect your parcel at the first time. If the parcel damaged, please sign the document of "Refuse to Receive" before the courier leave. After we received the damaged parcel, we will refund the Final Product Price.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
