1,Trading process
A whole trading process between us contain these steps like below:
As you see, before you receiving the package with good condition and confirm that online,the cash will be kept by the ECSROW,so pls relieved about your property safety.
2,Payments
A)We usually accept Alipay,Western Union and T/T.All credit cards through secure payment processor ESCROW.
B)If you can’t check out immediately after auction step finished,pls wait for minutes since the the manager system need a while to response.
C)Your payment should finished within 3 days,the earlier you finish it,the sooner we’ll sending out the package for you.
3,Trading qty.
A)Big wholesale order or retail are both acceptable and in some extent for wholesale,the bigger your qty,the lower our price .
B)OEM is also welcome. Please tell us the details of the product you want, then we can make for you.
4,Warranty
A)We do what we can to service you and maintain your customer rights,we’ll refund you if you returned the goods within 7 days after you receive.However,you also has the duty to make sure that thecommodityin it’s original conditions.
B)Pls contact us first before you takes any return measures.especially when you meet these matters blow,pls call us asap:
*Any DOA or defective(not due to misuse) happened, please contact us within 7days.
*Any damaged or missing, please keep original condition and collect picture evidence, then contact us ASAP.
*Man-made damage are not included.
Additionally, for refund or exchange, the shipping fee will be paid by you.
5,Shipping
A)We have done the quality guaranteed by professional Q.C. team before shipping .Our delivery time is 1-3 days after Payment Confirmed. If you have any other special requires, please contact us for more details.
B) We usually remark your parcel as Gift in a cheap value to help you avoid or minimize your import tax so that yo can pick up our high end workmanships in a more reasonable price.
C) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping charges.
D) Before sign for the parcel,pls check and make sure your goods in the package,pls refuse to signs if it empty or badly damaged,we’ll never send a such one to you.
E)Free shipping mainly via China post Air mail and will take about 20~30 days to arrival.Other shipping ways like EMS will take 5~8 days,DHL & UPS will take 3~5 days.may be 1~3 days longer if out business time or meet bad weather.
