C: Dress Can Be Made in Custom Size, Color, Design. We strongly recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional before buying any gown online. Please follow the measurement instructions, and measure yourself carefully.
D: No Ready-made Wedding dress! Need Custom-made! The whole custom made process (from the date we receive your payment and measurements) will take 20-30 days (Pay overtime cost exception) .
E: Recommended to use lace up back all dress . partial dress suggestions purchase crinoline petticoat.

When you take the order,please tell us the color NO by the color chart we offered.

3.Becasue perharps we can not find the same lace as the picture shown,we will make the dress by the similar lace.Please pay attention to it.

4.We are a wedding dress and evening gown making factory.All the dresses are unique for our customers.You can tell us the standard size or detailed size measured by our measurement guide.

5.We will take about 12 days making your dress.If you have special requirements,please communicate with us in advance.

Custom made

1.The floor length can be changed into the long train by your requirement if you offer us the size(within 0.3m for free).

2.The low bustline can be contained(for free).

3.The lace up closure can be changed into zipper closure(for free).

Return policy

1.We will take a photo of the dress to you before we ship.If you are satified with it,we will ship.Otherwise,we will make up for it,until you are satified with it.If you find that the dress still do not fit you after you confirm it,we will not take any responsibility.

2.(1)If the size is wrong(more than or less than 1cm which measure by the lining than the size you offer),and it is our mistake,please take the photo which you wear the dress or measure the size to us within 3 days upon you get it.And we will confirm the fact.Later,we will make a brand new one to you for free or refund all the money to you.

(2)If it is your mistake,please pay extra 20% of the price to us and ship it to us,we will make up for it and ship it to you within 5 days after we get it.

3.If you find the stains or the hole in your dress,please take the photo to us within 3 days upon you get it.And after we confirm the fact,we will make a brand new one dress to you or refund all the money to you.
